変わり続けるグローバルマーケティング

彼女がプロティビティで経験した変化はそれだけではありません。B2Bマーケティングは、技術的、社会的、経済的な要因によって、過去20年間に大きな変化を遂げましたが、プロティビティのマーケティングも例外ではありません。トリッシュがプロティビティに入社した当初は、グローバルな広告キャンペーンは主に雑誌や主要日刊紙に掲載されており、オンライン広告はまだ黎明期で、LinkedInはわずか3年前に立ち上げられたばかりでした。マーケティングチームは多くの時間と、エネルギー、予算を業界のイベントやカンファレンスのスポンサーシップ活動に費やしていました。

未来への次のステップはAI

トリッシュは、マーケティング担当者にとっての次なる領域は生成AIであると考えており、AIに関する世界的なワーキンググループを率いています。同グループは現在、SEO、コンテンツ、デザイン、翻訳、アナリティクスなど、反復作業やデータ解析を伴うあらゆる業務にAIを活用する機会を模索しています。

今日のB2Bの状況を方向づけていくことはエキサイティングでやりがいがある反面、課題がないわけではないと彼女は言います。「コンサルティング業界はかつてないほど競争が激化し、コモディティ化しています。プロティビティ独自の価値提案を示し、差別化を図ることは、私たちが継続的に注力し、マーケティングメッセージを洗練させていく分野の1つです。」
