顧客データを最適化するソリューションの設計

エイミーがプロティビティの内部監査および財務アドバイザリー業務のシニアコンサルタントだった頃、彼女の役割として顧客の複数部門間でコミュニケーションをとることが求められ、それは非常に難しいことでした。しかしある日、社内のウェビナーでPower BIがデータ提示に使われているのを見た彼女は、クライアントのさまざまなスプレッドシートを標準化して視覚化するアプリケーションを考案しました。

彼女は自分のアイデアを簡単にまとめ、マネージャに提出しました。マネージャはそれをディレクタと共有し、ディレクタは即座にその開発を承認し、改善点を提案しました。エイミーは、実行可能なソリューションを提供するために、新しいテクノロジースキルを短期間で習得することとなったのです。

学び、成長し続ける

2023年10月、エイミーはプロティビティのPython Hackathonに参加し、自身の問題解決能力向上に努めました。彼女はプログラムのコーディング経験が全くなかったにもかかわらず、提供されたリソースを最大限に活用して初級から上級まで個人部門で優勝しました。その数週間後には、Hackathonの主催者からエイミーに、内部監査の知識とテクノロジーの専門知識を組み合わせた新しい社内機会が提供されました。現在、エイミーはプロティビティのキャリアパスを従来の内部監査から内部監査Tech Enablementにシフトしています。
