神経科学と刑事司法の学位を取得して卒業後、リンジーはプロティビティの大手銀行クライアントのマネー・ローンダリング防止（AML）プロジェクトに契約コントラクターとして参加しました。2022年10月、彼女は正社員となり、現在はオハイオ州シンシナティにあるプロティビティのオフィスを拠点に活動しています。

多様な学習機会を受け入れる

リンジーは最近、"The Consulting Challenge"に参加し、クライアントとの面接や作業フローの実践演習に取り組みました。また、より多様なプロジェクト経験を積むため、プロティビティのキャリアアドバイザーと協力して、専門分野である金融犯罪のコンプライアンス以外の分野に進む方法を模索し始めています。そして最近では、SCRUMマスターの資格を新たに取得しました。

社内での多様性の推進

リンジーは、プロティビティの活気ある多様性文化の一員であることに誇りを持っています。コロンバスオフィスのProPride Groupの共同リーダーを務め、当オフィスのダイバーシティ、エクイティ、インクルージョン・チャンピオンの一人として、インクルーシブな環境の醸成に積極的な役割を果たしています。また、女性や多文化コミュニティーに特化したエンゲージメント・ネットワーク・グループ（ENG）の一員としても活躍し、組織全体の非公式なメンターが集う場にも参加しています。
