彼はこの考えをマネージングディレクタと共有し、すぐに開発者とアプリデザイナーのチームを結成してプロジェクトが始動しました。

しかし、アプリの開発は、社内サーバーにあるデータを外部ユーザーであるマットが操作する必要があるため、難航しました。その上、チームメンバーの中にはゴルフの知識が必要となり、短期間で習得する必要がある者もいました。

それでも、世界各地のオフィスにいるチームメンバーによる数か月間の緊密なコラボレーションの結果、アプリは完成しました。これにより、マットのスコア結果を確認できるまでの時間は、従来の数日から数時間、あるいは数分にまで短縮されました。
