A senior manager in Protiviti’s Microsoft Solutions practice, Christine helps lead complex ERP implementations for clients navigating high-stakes operational change, particularly in aerospace and defense. Her role is not just to execute; it is to maintain momentum when the work gets hardest.

One engagement defined that standard: a large Microsoft Dynamics (D365) implementation with high stakes.. The pace was intense, with tight timelines, weekend work, and constant coordination.

What mattered was not just delivery. It was stability and trust.

Christine’s approach was to focus on the people, in addition to the system. She created alignment across stakeholders, maintained discipline under pressure, and helped the team stay focused on outcomes when challenges surfaced.
By the time the work was complete, the result was not just a successful implementation. It was a client willing to stand behind it. The organization became a strong reference for Protiviti, an indication that the work demonstrated reliability under real conditions.

Living a life of impact and balance

For Christine, leadership has never been confined to one lane. Whether she’s guiding a client through uncertainty or creating a community inside Protiviti, the purpose is the same: helping others succeed.

This becomes evidence in how she leads internally. Christine has helped her teams work more effectively together by encouraging greater understanding of different working styles and creating space for stronger collaboration. She knows successful transformation depends not just on systems, but on the people behind them.

This belief also connects to another important part of her Protiviti story. Christine co-leads the New York chapter of ProPride and serves on the ProPride Global Leadership Council, where she helps foster inclusion and belonging across the firm.

Beyond the boardroom

That mindset extends beyond the office. Christine also coaches college softball at her alma mater, Stevens Institute of Technology, where she earned both a bachelor's in engineering management and a master's in systems engineering. Through coaching, she mentors young women in confidence, communication, and career readiness.

On the field, the focus is the same as in her work: build confidence, communicate clearly, and execute as a team.
