For experienced hire roles, the process typically includes:

• A recruiting screen (virtual) where a Protiviti Recruiter reviews your background, discusses the role, and assesses initial fit.
• A technical interview (approximately 45 minutes, virtual) focused on your functional expertise.
• A behavioral interview (approximately 45 minutes, at least one on-site) to evaluate competencies aligned to Protiviti's leadership framework.
   

Additionally, we offer peer discussions and an ENG Connect conversation so you can learn about our culture from someone who shares your interests or background. 

Your recruiter will keep you informed throughout the process. Timelines depend on the role and business need, but candidates can generally expect to hear back with next steps within two weeks following their final interview.

Protiviti hires at multiple career levels, including Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director, and Managing Director. Your level is determined based on your years of relevant experience, technical expertise, leadership capability, and market alignment.
