As we all adapt to the new normal of remote work, many teams are still working to optimize their approaches to engaging and managing themselves at a distance. Having a guiding checklist ensures teams provide clear “goals” and confirms everyone is on the same page. We’ll share our U.N.I.T.E. checklist that combines leading practices with practical advice that can be readily applied to any team environment and real-world examples from our teams who are currently working with companies to overcome these same challenges.
Following this webinar, you’ll be able to:
- Give examples of good/leading practices for managing remote teams, including how to better integrate software tools and engage team members with empathy to deliver with flexibility and adaptability
- Discuss how other companies are addressing the sudden transition to remote work, both for sudden disruption of large scale programs and for starting new initiatives with remote teams
- Describe key risks and effective mitigation strategies for remote workforces
- Identify key enhancements to improve your remote work arrangements
