Jay has over 30 years consulting and industry experience in the energy, manufacturing, consumer products, financial services and retail industries. He has lead large business transformation projects, focusing on process improvement, business reporting and accounting operations. Jay established Protiviti’s Innovation Program and was the former global solution leader for Corporate Performance Management services.

Joe Altobelli

Joe Altobelli is the Senior Vice President and Business Unit Chief Financial Officer for Summit CityMD responsible for planning, accounting for, controlling and reporting for Summit CityMD finances. Mr. Altobelli has over 25 years’ in broad accounting and finance experience including multiple Chief Financial Officer, Mutual Fund Controller, Corporate Controller and Finance Operating Officer positions for industry-leading public and private financial services and healthcare companies. Prior to Summit CityMD, he was the Product Chief Financial Officer at PineBridge Investments, and PineBridge Mutual Funds Controller. In this role Joseph managed a global finance team providing financial governance and support across 22 countries, managing a team of 25 accounting and finance professionals. He also played a critical role in multiple strategic initiatives including implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP and divesting the business from American International Group. Prior to PineBridge, Joseph was the Chief Operations Office in Finance at AIG. In this role he was responsible for managing the operations of a 320 finance and accounting deportment. Joseph led various finance transformation initiatives including implementing a global general ledger (SAP) replacing 130 ledgers, creating a shared service center (BPO) and building a globally aligned business unit finance function. Prior to that role, he held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Altobelli received a BS in Accounting at Seton Hall University.
