In September/October 2020, ISACA and Protiviti conducted a global survey of more than 7,400 IT audit and risk leaders and professionals to obtain their perspectives on the top technology risks their organizations will face in 2021. We also addressed the impact of the COVID-19 global pandemic as well as ongoing digital transformation efforts.

Paul Phillips, CISA, CISM, CDPSE is the IT Audit Professional Practices Lead at ISACA. Phillips has extensive auditing, management (people and projects) and teaching expertise. His industry-sector experience includes pharmaceuticals, insurance, manufacturing, business services and real estate. Phillips has taught at multiple higher-learning institutions, including Northwestern University and the University of Chicago (Illinois, USA). He is founder of a not-for-profit organization aimed at helping youth develop skills for academic and vocational success.
Robin Lyons is the IT Audit Professional Practices Lead at ISACA. She works with IT audit, governance, and securityprofessionals to develop tools that assist them in their practices. With over a decade of experience in external andinternal auditing, Robin remains dedicated to advancing the IT audit profession. Before joining ISACA, Robin was aPayment Card Industry (PCI DSS) subject matter expert for a Fortune 200 corporation. Prior to that, she was theinternal audit director for an institution of higher education. Robin holds aMastersin Business Administration from theUniversity of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. She holds the CISA and CIA designations.
Andrew is a managing director, leading Protiviti’s global IT audit practice. He works with clients across industries to deliver outsourced and co-sourced internal audit services, as well as technology and risk management consulting services. Andrew also works with organizations to establish delivery of next-generation internal audit and risk management services through the use of analytics, automation and other emerging tools. He is on the board of his local IIA chapter and is a frequent speaker at IIA and other professional association events.
