Terry Hartzog

Terry is a Managing Director with more than 20 years of experience starting, transforming, and running internal audit projects and functions. His career has primarily been focused upon traditional financial and operational audits, but he also has considerable experience in bridging the IT-business gap through Technology Audit and in ERP/systems implementations and process redesign. Terry has worked with public and private companies in addressing operational and IT risks, as well as financial /SOX compliance initiatives, and has helped numerous new public companies address SOX Year 1 challenges, as well as other hurdles of becoming a listed and publicly traded company. His experience spans numerous industries, including Financial Services, Real Estate, Consumer Products and Services, and Manufacturing and Distribution.
