Radhika has over 20 years of experience in operationalizing technology and digital transformations across industry, academia, start-ups, technology and consulting organizations. Her specialty is value realization at the intersection of business, technology, and emerging trends.

Radhika started her career in the travel and transportation industry by working with a cross-functional team from Delta Air Lines and Georgia Institute of Technology to develop a suite of end-to-end applications for optimizing airlines assets while serving customers and maximizing profits. These solutions were also implemented across many global airlines saving hundreds of millions of dollars. Radhika continued her career in leading an advanced analytics company with an AI/ML product. The solutions  focused on enabling a responsive supply chain by predicting failure points and recommending next-best-action for fast recovery. The solutions were implemented at Fortune 500 companies and Gartner published a study on the successful results. Most recently, Radhika worked at Slalom launching their innovation accelerator in partnership with AWS and Amazon. The innovation accelerator enabled companies to quickly develop prototypes and fast-track their digital journey, while ensuring market adoption.

At Protiviti, Radhika will be the Sustainable Operations lead for the ESG group and will focus on building the supply chain innovation capabilities to accelerate our client's journey to value realization.

Major Projects

  • Led the inter-operability for robot’s platform development for AWS and with multiple clients.
  • Led end-to-end development of airline decision support system development. ROI over $300M over 3 years for major airline. Awarded Franz Edelman Award for Excellence in Management Science.
  • Designed, built, and scaled innovation accelerator for Slalom in partnership with AWS.
  • Designed and delivered a connected content solution to enable the digital workforce.
  • Led digital transformation initiative that increased customer share of wallet by 2.5% for the largest parts retailer/distributor.
  • Designed and delivered digital products for Agricultural-Technology industry to improve farming efficiency.
