National Urban League (NUL)

The National Urban League is a historic civil rights organization dedicated to economic empowerment, equality, and social justice. Founded in 1910, the National Urban League collaborates at the national and local levels with community leaders, policymakers, and corporate partners to elevate the standards of living for African Americans and other historically underserved groups.

We have engaged with the National Urban League since 2020. We have a long-standing relationship with the National Urban League’s President and CEO, Marc Morial, who currently serves on Robert Half’s board of directors (2016 to present) and previously served on Protiviti’s independent advisory board (2009-2016). Through this relationship, we began our relationship with National Urban League in 2020.

The National Urban League supports many programs designed to address social inequality and racial injustice. Community service is a key focus area for Protiviti where we have collaborated with the National Urban League on initiatives. In 2023, Kim Dickerson – VP of Global Operations and Technology presented a Consulting Careers Overview to National Urban League interns for the third consecutive year. We also presented with Robert Half to deliver a session in 2022 titled: Level Up for 2023: How to find and leverage resources to finesse career development.  This presentation leveraged the Robert Half Salary Guide and Protiviti’s Top Risks Survey results.
