Lesbians Who Tech + Allies is the largest LGBTQ technology community in the world — committed to visibility, intersectionality, and changing the face of technology. The global 100,000+ non-binary, LGBTQ women, queer women of color (and their allies) in tech who make up the Lesbians Who Tech community come from every background.

Protiviti began their alliance with Lesbians Who Tech in 2021. Employees attended the Virtual Pride Summit and San Francisco Summit where they were able to network with other attendees and share experiences through events and breakout sessions.  We also participated in the First Annual Lesbians Who Tech & Allies SQUAD Leadership Program. SQUAD is a leadership program and network designed to connect, support, and help promote more LGBTQ+ Women, Nonbinary leaders, and underrepresented allies into senior leadership positions.
