Dharshini is a Director in Protiviti’s People Advisory & Organizational Change practice. She has over 15 years of experience leading global teams and clients through technology-enabled transformations in a variety of industries. She has helped clients attain value and succeed in their business objectives by providing Leading Practice Operating Model solutions to drive HR transformations, HR optimization, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures through HRIS design and implementation. 

Prior to joining Protiviti, Dharshini was a leader of various businesses at KPMG and Willis Towers Watson where she spent over 15 years partnering with global organizations to implement complex solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency.

Major Projects

  • Dharshini has led cross team collaboration to ensure project teams were aligned with project management offices, Change Management and Training, Integrations, Data, Reporting, Analytics, Payroll and Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Supply Chain Management, and other business functions, throughout implementations to refine future state HR operating models. The cross functional collaboration helped ensure robust involvement across the business to meet ERP deployment plan objectives and timelines.
  • Dharshini worked on an enhanced solution delivery and encouraged continuous improvement but leading and supporting collaboration efforts across various business lines such as Risk and Audit, Change Management and Business Transformation, Enterprise Solutions, and Mergers & Acquisitions) to develop and maintain a Transformation-led implementation methodology based on a leading practice HR Process Taxonomy, HR Service Delivery Model, industry insights, KPIs, Governance & Controls, Technology and End User Experience. 

Dharshini’s project highlights include: 

  • Lead and facilitated leadership alignment sessions with HR leaders and other stakeholders to define project success, project readiness and development of guiding principles based on business objectives.
  • Lead Project Management Offices, onshore KPMG Project Management, onshore Workday and Transformation Leads, regional Workday and transformation leads, and offshore Workday support.
  • Partner with clients to set their HR Strategy through discovery, planning sessions, and maturity model assessments.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with potential clients, and customized the sales process based on data insights and client needs.
  • Develop marketing videos that highlighted our clients’ successes with Workday and facilitated Workday demonstrations to showcase our implementation methodology and other differentiators.
