Operations Assessment

Analysis is key to gaining insight and efficiency. We review your environment to document key components and current state against leading security, governance, performance, change management, and optimization practices.

Transition and Build

With the assessment results in hand, we’ll define the processes, roles, escalation paths, and accelerators that will enable service delivery. We define SLAs and identify process dependencies and inputs.
