Presented findings to Board of Directors.
  • Led the quantitative fair lending self assessment for a regional bank, as required to clear a MRA. Drafted end-to-end documentation, including program, policies, procedures, work flows, monitoring and testing plan, change management program, complaints program, fair lending and UDAAP programs, enterprise training, and management reporting.
  • Led a Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) assessment for the auto lending business line of a large bank. Reviewed all aspects of collections practices, including complaints process, a review of state-specific requirements, and call center operations (e.g. auto-dialer, skip-tracing, repossession, etc.).
  • Led Mystery Shopping testing for a large bank and its four subsidiary regional banks to assess fair lending practices through the customer experience.
