Her prior roles in consulting and leading internal audit functions in industry, uniquely position her to assist clients with proven solutions by developing strategy and change initiatives, advancing the use of technologies, optimizing talent strategies, and creating leading practice methodologies that go beyond professional and regulatory expectations. In addition to leading transformation efforts, Erika serves as the leader of our Internal Audit practice for financial services.
