Tonya Hummers

Tonya is a Managing Director in New York and is Protiviti's Global Financial Services Industry (FSI) Leader for our Business Performance Improvement solution. She brings over 30 years of experience in consulting and financial services and joined Protiviti from Ernst & Young in 2021. Additionally, her experience includes senior roles at IBM, PwC, and Chase Bank as a Financial Planning & Analysis VP for their Technology and Operations group.

Tonya is an industry veteran with a background that includes global project and engagement management delivery with a consistent record of success in large-scale, complex business process and technology-based change projects. She has led large, multi-year engagements in Finance Transformation, ERP implementation and Consent Order Remediation. She has transformed business processes, redesigned organizational models and implemented state-of-the-art technology to drive world-class financial and management reporting. She was responsible for establishing multiple shared services operations centers for a top 3 US Bank in the US and India.
