Sunny Sanghani serves as the Segment Leader for Protiviti’s Legal Consulting Capability and is a Managing Director with deep experience guiding clients through complex legal, regulatory, and operational challenges. His work spans investigations, remediation initiatives, process redesign, change management, system implementations and integrations, eDiscovery, records management, and GenAI workflow development.

Sunny is recognized for his ability to harness technology—including advanced analytics and AI-driven tools—to help organizations reduce spend, enhance quality, and optimize legal and compliance operations. He has led engagement teams in designing and delivering scalable, efficient, and technology-enabled solutions across industries.

• Support financial services client for AI and document intelligence initiatives to support record retention / disposition cycles, including eDiscovery collection through native tools.
• Assisted a technology company in complying with an FTC consent order by implementing AI-enhanced workflows, significantly reducing manual effort and minimizing errors.
• Supported large financial institution in remediation activities utilizing common eDiscovery platforms to reduce outside counsel spend by 75% of originally contemplated amounts.
• Supported a corporation’s general counsel to address a US Senate Committee external subpoena and various State Attorney Generals’ civil demands by identifying responsive criteria within the company.
