Natalya Kasatova

Natalya Kasatova is a Managing Director and Ecosystem Go-to-Market Lead at Protiviti, where she is responsible for strengthening strategic technology partnerships and driving partner-enabled growth across the firm. She works closely with AWS and other strategic technology partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, accelerate cloud transformation initiatives, and expand client value through innovative solutions.

With more than 15  years of experience in technology consulting and alliance leadership, Natalya has advised organizations across financial services, distribution, and the public sector on digital transformation, AI and analytics, cloud-enabled solutions, and technology modernization. She brings deep expertise in building ecosystem strategies, scaling partner capabilities, and creating industry-focused offerings that connect business priorities with technology innovation.

Prior to Protiviti, Natalya spent 14 years with IBM Consulting, where she led business intelligence and data visualization initiatives, developed strategic sales campaigns, and helped grow alliance revenue through technology partnerships. She launched innovation programs, and enabled teams across platform technologies.

Natalya holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and an M.S. in Community Planning and Development from the Edmund S. Muskie School of Public Service.
