Director in Protiviti's People & Change practice, brings more than 20 years of experience advising organizations on workforce and organizational transformation. She partners with executive teams to align talent, culture, organization design, and employee experience strategies with business objectives and growth priorities. Prior to joining Protiviti, Kimerle held a leadership role within Willis Towers Watson's Employee Experience practice, supporting global organizations in addressing complex people and organizational challenges. She is based in Denver and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston.
