Major Projects

  • Facilitated the development of the customized product delivery lifecycle for a global contract management software company. Led the change management required to implement the lifecycle in an agile environment and developed the governance strategy for ongoing improvement.
  • Provided change leadership for an international nonprofit organization to implement a new ERP, CRM, Ecommerce solution from conceptualization through implementation and delivery. Led the transformation from a US centric IT culture to a Global IT business driven culture for an international manufacturing company. Worked with the IT executive team to develop the mission, vision, and strategic alignment to the overall business, resulting in expanded collaboration, increased ideation, and minimized project delivery times.
  • Led the initiative for a financial organization to design, develop and implement the externally facing customer website and mobile application from conceptualization to the ongoing support and maintenance. Managed and assured effective change and adoption were achieved.  
  • Led initiative at a national insurance company to change their IT organization from a top-down culture to an environment that promotes department-wide participation and individual contributions. Developed the solid foundation required to successfully transition to an Agile approach. Fostered a culture of commitment, engagement, and change.
