Danny is a seasoned global Human Resources Transformation (HRT) consultant and thought leader who is passionate about helping clients reimagine the delivery of people services globally. He has spent 25 years as a people consultant across 4 companies (Accenture, Towers Watson, EY and Protiviti). There has never been a better time to be a HR executive and consultant as the impact of people strategies on business performance has never been clearer and the expectation of employees has never been higher.

From putting work into digital hands through artificial intelligence to orchestrating future fit experiences across multiple technologies, technology modernization is a game changer for clients. As AI changes the way HR work is done, clients then have important adjustments to make in their target operating model and critical investments to make in emerging people services and the skills of HR professionals.

Major Projects

  • HR Transformation Assessments: Worked closely with HR leadership teams to see their current operations from a data rich perspective, identified opportunities to enhance both the value delivered by the HR function and the experiences created for employees and set out a practical roadmap for realizing their vision as a team.
  • HR Artificial Intelligence Programs: Developed AI-enabled HR operating models, established multi-year AI strategies and roadmaps across the HR technology stack, identified hundreds of AI use cases in the HR domain and implemented across multiple technologies.
  • HR Technology Implementations: Partnered with clients to plan and implement HR technologies including cloud solutions (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle), automation (Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning) service technologies (ServiceNow, Viva) and bespoke solutions in HR process areas (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc.)
  • Change Enablement for Transformations/Transactions: Served as the change lead for clients transforming various business functions (HR, IT, Finance, Supply Chain) or executing corporate transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, etc.). He has led change impact assessments, crafted enablement strategies and implemented comprehensive change programs that utilize 6 ways to drive adult behavior change (Leading, Involving, Communicating, Training, Measuring and Reinforcing).
  • Talent Advisory Projects: Danny has led operating model, organization design and organizational development programs within HR and across the business enterprise. In addition, he has helped organizations plan and introduce new talent programs and people services that are fit for purpose with the growing expectations of today’s workforce.
