Nichole Minice

Nichole Minice is a managing director in Protiviti’s internal audit and financial advisory practice and the Phoenix office market lead. She has more than 18 years of audit experience in the consumer products and services sector, helping clients to understand and develop ways to manage risks effectively and maximise efficiencies. She specialises in project management, annual risk assessment, audit plan development and business process evaluation for clients. She is responsible for managing the Protiviti Phoenix office.

Nichole is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), accredited by The Institute of Internal Auditors as a Quality Assessment Validator and holds The IIA’s Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CMRA). She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern Arizona University.
