David Petrucci

David has 30 years of operational improvement and innovation experience working across industry, technology and consulting organisations.  His specialty is developing new business and organisational models enabled by the intersection of business & technology.

David started his career in product development and manufacturing working in the auto industry for Delphi, Valeo, Tenneco and Honda.  He added to his experience working for IBM where he managed the advanced planning and supply chain management functions for their PC business.  David continued building new solutions and organisations while at IBM across sales, consulting and software business units.  He finished his IBMcareer leading IBM’s software MA Sales Integration team & IBM’s SaaS transformation programme. David shifted his career to extend his focus on advanced analytics where he led the non-financial services analytics organisation at Genpact.  His focus was to drive operational improvement, margin and competitiveness through building advanced analytics capabilities through the organisation. He also led the IIoT and Supply Chain functions for Genpact. At Oliver Wyman David led the NA engineering, manufacturing and operations specialised business unit driving deep SME capabilities to the general consulting capabilities.  David most recently led manufacturing strategy for Microsoft where his team defined solutions & strategy across industries for engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and operations for Microsoft.
