Protiviti Launches Anthropic's Claude to Elevate Research, Insights, and Client Delivery

The challenge

Protiviti wanted to put frontier generative AI into the hands of its global workforce but on enterprise terms: rigorous security and identity governance, full data protection, and the flexibility to use best-of-breed models rather than lock into a single provider. The goal was to pair Anthropic’s Claude solution’s reasoning and agentic strengths with the controls, identity management, and compliance guardrails that regulated enterprises require to provide better insights and client delivery.

The solution

Protiviti integrated Anthropic’s Claude models into our proprietary, patent pending Protiviti Atlas platform, providing access to a growing suite of generative AI capabilities for the rapid development of tailored, business specific solutions. This powerful duo establishes enterprise use of Claude Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku under robust controls, while driving adoption through a program focused on best practices, cost management, and scalable agentic workflows. Anthropic LLMs and Claude code are critical components to the Atlas platform, providing AI as a Service (AIaaS) across the Protiviti workforce.

The results

A single, governed, scalable, ISO27001/SOC 2 Type 2 certified platform that enables adoption of the latest Claude models as they release, without re-architecting. In the first month of using the Claude and Atlas solutions, users saved 300 hours in engineering and solution development time and developed 20 successful prototypes across five practice lines, while achieving 100% user adoption.
