Whistleblowing Policy - English

Protiviti has always been committed to upholding core values such as integrity and transparency. For this reason, in light of the provisions set forth by Directive (EU) 2019/1973 (“Whistleblowing Directive”), as implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 24/2023 (“Decree”), the Company has adopted a policy on reporting illicit conducts (“Policy”) and has established reporting channels in accordance with applicable laws.

The Policy has been designed to enable its recipients to report, when necessary, conducts falling within the scope of the Decree. If the report is based on reasonable grounds, Protiviti undertakes to safeguard whistleblowers from potential retaliations or adverse consequences.

All recipients of the Policy are encouraged to review its full content, available here.

Notwithstanding further provisions set forth by the Policy, in compliance with applicable laws, reports can be made by accessing the whistleblowing reporting channel of the company, available here.
