She has over 20 years of applied experience across strategy, transformation, and delivery, guiding CIOs, CFOs, CDOs and CISOs in transformational initiatives that drive risk reduction and improvement in the use of technology to deliver business outcomes.

Ghislaine assists clients seeking better ways to apply technology through process optimisation and automation, alongside a focus on data governance and privacy.

National Australia Bank

 

Gloria Yuen is a recent inductee to the Victorian Multicultural Honour Roll for her meritorious service for Corporate Australia and is a winner of the Gender Equity Award at National Australia Bank (NAB).

Gloria has spent almost 20 years in the financial services sector leading risk, compliance and business-transformation teams. She continues to make meaningful impact driving social, financial and economic inclusion for underrepresented and marginalised communities. Gloria is head of regulatory enablement, leading end-to-end delivery of regulatory commitments for personal banking  at NAB. She also supports Deakin University’s Leadership Futures Hub, Women on Boards and the Asian-Australian Professionals Collective through various advisory and board roles in addition to being a Ringleader for Oceania for Risky Women.
