Major Projects

Large Defense Logistics Agency, Supply Network Optimisation

Led modeling and simulation effort to optimise readiness of a large defense agency’s global supply network leading to identification of $75M+ in near term efficiencies and courses of action (COAs) for realising $1B+ over time.

  • Performed data collection, analysis, and integration to develop training data set and network assumptions / constraints.
  • Ran simulations to deliver multiple COAs for supply resilience based on factors such as transportation cost and availability, wholesale / retail positioning, demand, and redundancy / security factors.
  • Incorporated AI forecasting for geopolitical and mission event impacts.
  • Delivered expanded metrics / KPIs for operational efficiency and enhanced collaboration across departments.

US Federal Intelligence Agency, Director’s Dashboard

Implemented data analytics, reporting and visualisation tools to boost supply chain visibility and accountability effectively leveraged by logistics directorate and agency C-Suite executives for daily reporting and decision-making.

  • Used data reporting to drive operational efficiencies such as warehouse disposals, digitisation of receipts, enhanced equipment tracking, and maintenance predictions for industrial items.
  • Performed AI forecasting to inform operational decisions and account for geopolitical and mission events.
