Employee Network Groups Employee Network Groups (ENGs) are grassroots groups that organise to promote belonging and inclusion within the organisation. While the activities of the groups are driven by employees, they are supported by leadership and reflect our people promises. Our ENGs cover multiple dimensions of diversity and are highly collaborative within the communities they serve and with their allies. ENGs are developed locally, with some being Global to the company. ENG membership is optional and open to all employees. iGROWW (Initiative for the Growth and Retention of Women) iGroww provides a workplace community for women employees and a forum to enhance employee success, with initiatives focused on the recruiting, mentoring, growth and retention of women. Multicultural Network The Multicultural Employee Network Group (MENG) supports a welcoming environment that brings together employees with varied cultural backgrounds to foster engagement and mutual respect. Parents Network The Parents Network is a community for working parents at Protiviti. Through this network, we empower working parents to share successes, exchange information, support transitions and tackle challenges together. ProMIND Network ProMIND promotes mental wellbeing for all and aims to reduce the stigma of mental health challenges through open dialogue. ProMIND provides support through resource sharing and encouraging mindful activities. ProPride Network ProPRIDE provides a workplace community for LGBTQ+ employees and welcomes participation from both LGBTQ+ employees and allies.
