Employee Network Groups

Employee Network Groups (ENGs) are grassroots groups that organise to promote belonging and inclusion within the organisation. While the activities of the groups are driven by employees, they are supported by leadership and reflect our people promises. Our ENGs cover multiple dimensions of diversity and are highly collaborative within the communities they serve and with their allies. ENGs are developed locally, with some being Global to the company. ENG membership is optional and open to all employees.

Growth and Retention of Women in the Workforce (iGROWW)

iGroww provides a workplace community for women employees and a forum to enhance employee success, with initiatives focused on the recruiting, mentoring, growth and retention of women.

ProMIND promotes mental wellbeing for all and aims to reduce the stigma of mental health challenges through open dialogue. ProMIND provides support through resource sharing and encouraging mindful activities.
