Major Projects:

• Strategy planning and delivery: Led the development of a strategic framework to establish and operationalise a critical statutory authority for the federal government
• PMO design and delivery:  Led the design and operationalisation of PMO function for multiple divisions for a large Federal Department
• Enterprise portfolio management design: Designed and implemented Enterprise Portfolio Management Capability for a large federal department to drive effective strategy execution enabled by sound Programme and project management capability.
• Customer experience strategy: Developed the Customer Experience Strategy for one of the largest airports in Australia and designed a 2-year roadmap that included a prioritised view of improvement initiatives based on extensive stakeholder and customer workshops and interviews.
• Workforce collaboration strategy: Developed the tech-enabled Workforce Collaboration strategy for a key federal client aimed at redesigning ways of working by introducing cloud-based mobility and collaboration solutions.
• Digital strategy: Assisted one of the largest Australian retailers in creating its “Store of the Future” blueprint by conducting business and customer discovery sessions and mapping digital services to business needs.
