Protiviti Hong Kong Receives High Commendation at the HKIPM Project Management Achievement Awards 2025 Hong Kong, 21 November 2025 – Protiviti Hong Kong has received a High Commendation in the Organisation and Change Management category at the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management (HKIPM) Project Management Achievement Awards 2025 for its work with Prudential Hong Kong on the project “Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Agent Enablement.”This recognition celebrates a project that went beyond technology - one that put people at the centre of change. Over nine weeks, Protiviti worked closely with Prudential Hong Kong to help employees understand, experiment with, and confidently use Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Agents in their day-to-day work.Driving sustainable AI adoption through human-centred changeThe program wasn’t just about introducing AI tools; it was about helping people see what’s possible when innovation meets human insight. Through a 9-week bootcamp consisting of workshops, coaching sessions and show and tells, 20 participants from 9 Prudential departments identified their own high-value use cases and built prototype Copilot Agents tailored to their work. From HR’s career development assistant to finance and operations automated payments and reporting agent, to the general insurance team’s agent to sell products effectively to internal customers, each solution was built by the people who would use it, making the change real and sustainable. To make the shift stick, Protiviti introduced habit-building nudges, peer coaching, and champion playbooks that kept the momentum going long after the program ended. The result: stronger digital confidence, measurable time savings, and a framework for responsible AI adoption across the organisation.Leadership perspectives“This recognition from HKIPM highlights how human-centred change management and agile enablement can accelerate responsible AI adoption,” said Karen Ko, Protiviti Hong Kong Business and Technology Consulting Leader and APAC Financial Services Transformation Lead. “We are proud to partner with Prudential in building a model that not only enhances digital capability but also drives sustainable behavioural change across the enterprise.”“By leveraging Protiviti’s expertise in AI adoption, we moved beyond awareness to action in our AI journey,” said Billy Yeung, Director of IT Strategy, AI, and Data Governance at Prudential Hong Kong. “By empowering participants to design and demonstrate practical Copilot Agent solutions, we’ve built both confidence and momentum for AI-enabled transformation.” “By empowering participants to design and demonstrate practical Copilot Agent solutions, we’ve built both confidence and momentum for AI-enabled transformation.”This initiative reflects Prudential Hong Kong’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and people development,” said Lawrence Lam, Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Hong Kong.Recognising excellence in project managementThe HKIPM Project Management Achievement Awards recognise outstanding project management practices that demonstrate innovation, leadership, and measurable impact.
