Your role

Protiviti is strengthening its Implementation and Programme Management team in The Netherlands. Therefore, we are looking for a team member who has experience in this field. You will be working with a team of highly qualified professionals from various disciplines, helping to implement excellent programme management at our clients.

Profile

High-level skillset:

  • Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives, often with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Being an effective leader, able to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop plans and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Able to analyse data and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Skilled at managing change, addressing resistance, and fostering collaboration to drive successful implementation.
  • Technical knowledge in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering.
  • Being able to ensure that the work complies with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Skilled at identifying and solving problems, often under pressure and with limited resources.

PMO related skills:

  • Being able to work with the project management team to plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Being able to ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. This includes project plans, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation.
  • Collect and analyse project data to produce reports and presentations for project stakeholders. These reports may include project status updates, risk assessments, and budget forecasts.
  • Continuously evaluate project management processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders. This includes facilitating project meetings, maintaining project calendars, and managing project email correspondence.
  • Being able to work with the project management team to identify and mitigate project risks. This includes developing risk management plans, monitoring risk levels, and implementing risk response strategies.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. This includes developing quality management plans, monitoring deliverable quality, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You should also be familiar with project management tools and methodologies.

What we are looking for:

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in managing larger (complex) change projects, with complex stakeholder fields.
  • Track record in delivering projects in scope, within budget, on time.
  • Experience in dealing with resistance.
  • Experience in managing risks and dependencies.
