At Protiviti, ‘Diversity, Equity & Inclusion’ (DEI) means creating an equitable work environment where everyone can thrive. We offer our people a wide variety of programmes and experiences to ensure that each person has a voice that is heard, feels a sense of belonging, and has the chance to make a real difference through our Inclusion Champion Network and local employee network groups.

Protiviti conducts a formal, point-in-time equity review annually, including a thorough review of pay equity by gender and ethnicity. Protiviti uses a third-party tool to conduct controlled analysis, and the results are shared with the firm’s senior leadership, including executives overseeing our DEI and human resources organisations.
