Tom is an accomplished SAP Enterprise Resource & Planning professional with 21+ years of experience in Human Capital Management and a proven track record of successful contribution within the Human Resources environment across a wide range of industries, both local and international.

He joins Protiviti Netherlands from working as an independent consultant for the past 15 years in South Africa and United Kingdom. Prior to his time working independently, Tom worked in the Netherlands for Ordina Business Solutions in the Netherlands and then moved on to SAP South Africa for 4-year tenure.

Tom’s is focused on delivering excellence and problem solving with a global mindset. He is a strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and a good understanding of risk compliance & governance.
