Your role

Protiviti is strengthening its Risk & Compliance (R&C) solution in The Netherlands. Therefore, we are looking for a team member who has experience and understands compliance and the related regulatory requirements as well as required internal policies for our clients.

You will be working with teams of highly qualified professionals from various disciplines, helping to explore collaboration and implement solutions at our clients. You know the market, are aware of key developments and is able to identify compliance opportunities.

Profile

• University degree;
• 4+ years of work experience in the compliance area;
• Consultancy skills;
• Experience working in teams or leading (project) teams;
• Good level of understanding in compliance integrity, including rules & regulations and compliance culture.
• Knowledge of good practices for compliance governance, compliance policies and procedures, performing assessments (i.e SIRA), compliance control framework including monitoring and training and awareness skills.
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate and give advice to both the risk & compliance professionals;
• You enjoy being challenged with complex requirements and being able to offer solutions;
• Ability to think out-of-the box in order to contribute to the development of compliance functions;
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment, possibly being involved in multiple projects at a time;
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
