To help embed an innovation mindset in all we do, all our people are trained in Design Thinking, a human-centered approach to problem-solving that uses both creative and critical thinking.

Protiviti iNN

Our employees can apply for a 4-month residence at one of our innovation sites, which serve as in-house incubators and accelerators of ideas. At a Protiviti “iNN,” they collaborate with colleagues around the world to solve real-life client challenges while gaining skills and certifications in Agile software development, human-centered design, emerging technologies and user experience design.
