Michelle is a Managing Director for the Data & Analytics Practice in the UK. She has 25 years of experience in data, analytics, and large programme delivery. Her experience is across sectors providing advisory and technical expertise.

She has extensive international experience working with blue chip organisations in Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific, leading transformational programmes, establishing new ways of work across people, process, technology and data.

Representative engagements

  • Head of Data & Analytics responsible for creating a new self-sustaining business unit supporting all data, analytics and reporting needs for a large government client. There were a variety of technologies and delivery methods across design/build as well as run services. Responsibilities included running of the P&L for the business unit, a mix of on-shore/off shore and 3rd party resource. As part of this role, she established an innovation hub that focused on continual improvement and automation.​
  • Senior Engagement Executive responsible for establishing a new centralised data competency centre for a large central government office. The programme consisted of a multi-supplier team, significant stakeholder management and establishing new processes and technologies to support the data and insight needs for various areas in the office.
  • CPG - Senior Engagement Executive responsible for establishing a new Global Business Unit for a large CPG firm to provide data and insights to management teams across the globe. The programme consisted of on-shore, off-shore teams, and 3rd Parties to create a new platform offering consistent data and insights across the organisation.
  • Led the team responsible for establishing a new TOM for a healthcare organisation. The new organisation was responsible for providing data to the wider community for NHS and research organisations. This programme consisted of a variety of 3rd Parties, client teams to create a new service centre operating model and a consistent set of processes for providing data and insights.
