Ellen Holder

Ellen Holder is Managing Director in Frankfurt Germany, EMEA Lead Sustainability and member of the global ESG Steering Committee. In Germany, she is the Service Line Lead for “Sustainability, Risk & Culture” and part of the management team. One focus of the service line is to support clients in the broad spectrum of sustainability topics, such as materiality assessment, sustainability strategy, roadmap development, ESG risk management, ESG audit, and sustainability culture. In addition, Ellen is responsible for the alignment of the sustainability service portfolio at Protiviti Germany, bringing together experts from different disciplines for the best client experience. As a second focus, the service line provides services to coordinate the multiple control functions across all lines of defense, aiming for clear accountability, consistent processes and common data usage with minimised redundancies, appropriate tool support and a comprehensive risk view for a strengthened GRC culture. Ellen has worked with clients from various industries, leading projects and programmes in GRC, IA, process improvement, culture and sustainability, often heavily involving data and tool topics. A key strength of hers and a focus of her work is bringing together experts from Protiviti, the client and ecosystem partners to help clients find the best solutions to their complex problems.
