Denise is an Associate Director within Protiviti’s Business Performance Improvement consulting practice specialising in operational excellence, change and project/programme management across a variety of industries.
Her areas of focus include strategic change and performance optimisation, design and analysis for process effectiveness and automation, data mapping and intelligent data (data visualisation/enhanced analytics), and application of digital technologies to address business problems.
In her current role, Denise has demonstrated ability to provide pragmatic tailored recommendations, successfully implement transformational changes, drive efficiency and embed sustainable performance improvement working collaboratively across different business functions and the board.
Denise is also the UK Lead for Operational Transformation and Customer Experience within Protiviti’s Global Digital Transformation team, focusing on the application of digital solutions (including RPA, Process Mining, Workflow and CX technology capabilities) to help clients improve performance and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of their customer centric processes.
