Protiviti performed a holistic review of the client’s project delivery programme, taking regional differences in delivery into account. We recommended a detailed roadmap of updates to ensure consistently high-end retail location delivery. These recommendations included updated tools and templates, clarified reporting structure, improved opportunities for cross-regional collaboration, and other suggestions.

Protiviti performed multiple reviews for the client, including assessment of third-party programme managers, review of contract agreements in place, and ongoing audits of capital project billings, payments, and changes to determine compliance with contractual agreements, resulting in over $1 million of project cost savings.

The client engaged Protiviti to perform a comprehensive Project Risk Assessment and Diagnostic to identify critical project risks and review requirements with the team. Additionally, Protiviti performed Project Management Office (PMO)/Project Controls Group (PCG) process design and implementation and an internal audit setup for the remainder of the capital expenditure.
