Cheryl Mathieu is an Associate Director in Protiviti Risk Technology Services practice. With more than 20 years of Solution Development Lifecycle and IT Management Consulting experience, Cheryl has contributed to delivering a variety of services to global clients including business process optimisation, product evaluations, strategy & operational roadmaps, program & project management support, business architecture & analysis, technical support and user adoption strategy. Cheryl has extensive experience in leading both on-shore and off-shore teams.

Cheryl is a leader in Protiviti’s Risk Technology Service team dedicated to delivering and continuously enhancing Protiviti's GRC capabilities and offerings. teams 

MAJOR PROJECTS

Extensive work in the deployment and implementation of risk technologies for use by consultants and clients. Responsible for technical implementation of Protiviti’s Governance Portal, an integrated risk management platform that supports an integrated approach to governance, risk and compliance (GRC) to international clients and engagement teams. Focused on strategy and technology planning. Notable clients include a large global hedge fund administrator, a luxury watchmaker, an automobile manufacturer, a mass media & entertainment conglomerate, a major energy supplier, and a national government agency.

Cheryl leads the client support team for Risk Technology Solutions, providing 24/7 product support to a global client base.  Oversaw the global expansion of the support desk to include staff in Chicago and New Delhi India.  Cheryl works closely with clients to assess needs, strategize solutions, and manage service expectations.

Cheryl worked with Protiviti Technology Leadership Team to create standards, criteria and processes around the various software tools and technical environments. Designed, developed and managed Protiviti’s client-facing infrastructure including initial hardware acquisition and installation, server allocation and inventory. Developed individual software tool and technology environment requirements, expectations and Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) amongst regional and global technology groups and their business owners.
