Charles Newman is Managing Vice-President for Protiviti and a member of Protiviti UK's senior leadership team. Charlie has extensive experience working with a variety of client organisations to enhance their business performance through creation & delivery of successful change & transformation programmes & initiatives.

At Protiviti, Charlie specialises in driving our managed solutions capabilities to build & lead high-performance teams that deliver exceptional results for clients and stakeholders, particularly within finance transformation & CFO services. Charlie is Proven in martialling resources and expertise that create value & enable successful outcomes for clients.

Major projects

Charlie led a project to stand up a managed solutions team of 150+ resources into major global payments firm to deliver a financial crime compliance remediation.

Charlie partnered with major global investment and retail Banks to deliver successful internal audits through provision of SME co source solutions  with teams reaching 60+ internal audit SME.

Charlie supported a global telecommunications and media organisation to transform its financial reporting through a new suite of finance systems across planning, consolidation and cloud ERP.

Charlie supported a major finance transformation programme for a Fortune 100 FMCG & retail firm, project involved design of retained finance function and outsourcing of transactional finance to global BPO provider.

Charlie established a solution for a PLC software business to expand RPA capabilities and deliver RPA initiatives across finance & operations
