Jay is a founding Protiviti Managing Director and the global leader of its Managed Business Solutions practice. These services include engagements that combine experienced and results-oriented consultants with specialised and flexible operational resources to improve or establish critical business functions.

Jay has over 30 years consulting and industry experience in the energy, manufacturing, consumer products, financial services and retail industries. He has led large business transformation projects, focusing on process improvement, business reporting and accounting operations. His consulting experience also includes corporate strategy, business intelligence, IT strategy and enterprise resource management. Jay established Protiviti’s Innovation Programme and was the former global solution leader for Corporate Performance Management services.
