Research and innovation
The PKIC research team works across Protiviti solutions, industries, and geographies by providing an array of research and analysis services through the entire continuum of the engagement life cycle, right from client acquisition to engagement execution. The team is skilled at topical/industry/company research, benchmarking, competitive intelligence, surveys, account management, knowledge management, proposal creation, etc. They have access to a variety of knowledge repositories and subscriptions through which they collate, analyze, improvise and execute knowledge intensive processes thereby collaborating with stakeholders and delivering value to the client.
Innovation Support Services
Innovation is one of Protiviti’s four core values and embedded in everything we do. PKIC is partnering with the Global Innovation Program lead on all aspects and components of the program to accelerate Innovation reach internally and with clients. Some key areas of innovation support are strategic support in execution of innovation priorities (market research, design etc.), design thinking facilitation workshops and collaboration with the Protiviti Innovation labs. The team also caters to designing creative outputs and videos using tools like Canva, Mural, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc., automation of processes via power platforms and other O365 tools integration, data mapping, visualization and analysis, and idea management platform maintenance and management.
