The Protiviti Knowledge and Innovation Center (PKIC) team was established in August 2009. Their vision is to support Protiviti in being a premier knowledge-driven consulting firm by delivering exceptional knowledge and creative services.

The PKIC Knowledge Services exists to provide information services and tools that help Protiviti practice people win and service clients, save time, and collaborate with confidence. The team is the in-house team for all research, knowledge management and account management needs, and also acts as an extension to Protiviti’s global teams such as Marketing, Creative Design, Business Intelligence reporting, Engagement Operations and Learning & Development.

Research & Innovation

PKIC team renders an array of knowledge services to all solutions, industries & internal business functions across Protiviti offices in diverse ways. The services span across Proposals, Topical research, Surveys, E-Learning, Benchmarking, Client Business Research and is done using a host of external and internal subscriptions.

Marketing & Communications

Marketing & communications comprises of digital marketing team, creative services and salesforce teams. Digital marketing group works on Marketing Automation, Web Development, Web Content Management, Marketing Analytics and social media while Creative team creates impactful brand experiences. Salesforce team, on the other hand, manages data related requests and other tasks for user management and access.

Operations

Operations team caters to different business functions within the organization and comprises of Design team, Learning and Development, Finance & Operations Reporting and the Knowledge leader teams. While the design team works upon enhancing the content and designing visually appealing business deliverables, the Learning and Development team specializes in creation and facilitation of high impact learning programs. Similarly, the Finance & Operations reporting team serves the global leadership with client revenue and HR reporting and Knowledge Leader team supports the firmwide subscription site.

PKIC is a cross functional team that partners with all Protiviti solutions, industries, and geographies extending services in areas of research & analysis, design thinking, knowledge management, account management, graphic designing etc. through the entire continuum of the engagement life cycle, right from client acquisition to engagement execution.

The team adapts to the firm’s needs with an Agile approach and has, over the years, evolved and added multiple teams to assist the global practice thereby helping them maximize their value-added time.

PKIC comprises of passionate experienced professionals and young self-motivated campus hires from leading colleges and institutes across India, who augment our collaborative and employee centric culture.
