Our Employee Network Groups are local, grass-roots groups fully supported by leadership that organise both in-person and online events to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
Our Inclusion Champion Network
Our global network of Inclusion Champions implements diversity programming at the local office level, organising educational programs and events and facilitating local employee network groups that connect with our global diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.
Strategic alliances
Building wholistic and strong relationships with our alliances is key to our success. We work with external organisations to advance inclusion initiatives, invest in sponsorships and scholarships, engage in community impact, promote brand awareness and engagement, and to recruit new candidates or identify new clients. We care, we collaborate, and most importantly we deliver on what it means to have relationships built on reciprocity.
