HR Shared Services UK
The HR Shared Services team has been set up to extend support to the International HR team in managing key HR compliance activities and to support our key global HR processes including updating and reviewing Global policies, managing People Engagement Surveys, facilitating challenge programs and the employee communication for the Global office. This team is also providing administrative support in managing progress reports related to HRIS systems - Kazoo & Workday reporting
Finance - Field Service Center (FSC)
The FSC function is set up in India to centralize common functions for efficiency and standardization of Policies and Processes and to provide iTRAC expense administration support to entire APAC region. The team aims at reducing the administration burden on practice staff in line with our “Maximise Value-Added Time” strategic driver
Robert Half – Account Administration and Technology functions
Account Management Services (AMS) Protiviti team marks a global impact on the company by establishing the automated process of account provisioning across RH and Protiviti globally. AMS maintains the account-related operations and ensures the delivery in the SLA-bound timely manner. AMS team uses technologies like power automate and power apps for desktop automation and has introduced Snow RESTapi to PowerShell scheduled tasks which help us to attain a large workload handling with no additional cost involved. RH Technology functions same as Protiviti Software Services.
