Our Employee Network Groups (ENGs)
Our Employee Network Groups are local, grass-roots groups fully supported by leadership that organise both in-person and online events to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
Our Gender Equity Strategy
We are committed to increasing female representation and leadership within Protiviti. We actively promote gender equity in our education, communication, recruitment, advancement, retention mentorship, sponsorship, and community outreach efforts, together with our values of Integrity, Inclusion, and Innovation.
Our Inclusion Champion Network
Our global network of inclusion champions design and implement diversity programming at the local office level, organising educational programs and events and facilitating local employee network groups that connect with our global diversity and inclusion strategies.
