The vision and mission of our DEI journey are shared by everyone at Protiviti and are leadership priorities. Our Employee Network Groups (ENGs)

Our Employee Network Groups are local, grass-roots groups fully supported by leadership that organise both in-person and online events to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

Our Gender Equity Strategy

We are committed to increasing female representation and leadership within Protiviti. We actively promote gender equity in our education, communication, recruitment, advancement, retention, mentorship, sponsorship and community outreach efforts.

Our Inclusion Champion Network

Our global network of Inclusion Champions implement diversity programing at the local office level, organizing educational programs and events and facilitating local employee network groups that connect with our global diversity and inclusion strategies.

Unlocking the Productivity Potential of a Multigenerational Workforce

Protiviti is proud to be collaborating with The Inclusion Initiative at the London School of Economics (LSE) on a three-year study about generations in the workforce. The study will provide organisations with specific, data-driven insights to increase productivity across the various generations of the workforce.
